As an Account Manager at PageSuite, you will play a crucial role in supporting our publishing clients and ensuring their success. We are seeking a candidate with in-house publishing experience who can leverage their industry knowledge to provide tailored support and insights to our clients. In this role, you will manage relationships with key clients in the publishing sector, ensuring they maximise the benefits of the PageSuite platform. You will use your publishing background to understand client goals and objectives, editorial workflows, and industry pain points to provide valuable guidance and solutions. You will work within a team of account managers, all dedicated to specific clients or regions. From time-to-time you may be required to attend calls or meetings outside of your usual working hours. You may also be expected to attend on-site client meetings and international events on occasions. Ideally you will have at least 3-4 year's experience in a similar role and it would be even more advantageous if that was within a saas/software or publishing environment. You'll be great at communicating, excellent at presenting and have a great attitude. This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to work from our office in Ashford for two days per week. Responsibilities Manage a group of existing clients and build long-lasting relationships, ensuring they are making the most of the PageSuite platform, whilst actively identifying upsell opportunities Manage client renewals Guide publishing clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can utilise PageSuite tools effectively. Facilitate regular account update calls and meetings with your clients as required Keep detailed notes of all client interactions and contacts across your client group, using Salesforce as a record Take an active interest in any issues that are raised by your group of clients to the support team, and understand the problems and the resolution Work closely with other Account Managers in the business and encourage knowledge sharing Understand your market, the position of your clients and their competitors to identify opportunities for both them and ourselves. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitors Feedback client requests to the Product team so that they can be prioritised for development on the core product
