On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experiencedClinical Leadto oversee the clinical operations of a well-established care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will work closely with nursing and care teams to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance, ensuring residents receive excellent care that meets their individual needs. Supported by a strong management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and smooth running of clinical services.Reports to : Home ManagerKey Responsibilities
Lead the nursing team and ensure clinical excellence across the home.
Collaborate with care and nursing teams to provide the highest level of care for residents.
Make informed clinical decisions and manage high-pressure situations confidently.
Mentor, train, and support staff in maintaining and promoting best nursing practices.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC, and other regulatory requirements.
Skills and Attributes
Strong clinical skills and experience in leading a nursing team.
Previous management experience or experience leading a small team.
Ability to make clinical decisions and handle pressure calmly.
Passion for promoting best practices in nursing and developing others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC, and compliance.
Education and Qualification
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
