We are looking for a talented and creative Designer with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience to join our studio team, supporting the Design Lead in working across a variety of design projects, both digital and print, within sectors such as food, beverage, sport, and FMCG.
You’ll be hands-on in managing client projects from day one, from briefing, ideation, and creative thinking through to concept development and overseeing the delivery of high-quality artwork and graphic design.
Responsibilities:
* Client relationship management
* Preparing and responding to briefs
* Leading on creative ideas
* Applying a range of production and print specs
* Developing the brand look and feel for high visibility campaigns and digital content
* Hands-on development of branding
Throughout your time at Hatch, you’ll have a dedicated line manager to support you and your development, with one-to-ones and access to training.
Desired skills:
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in graphic design
* Time management
* Hungry for creative and strong eye for emerging design trends
* An understanding of the foundations of typography, layout, and hierarchy of messaging
* A good understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft Office is essential
* Experience working with PR/creative communications agencies
