They are proud of the relationship developed with their clients and put this at the front of all they do. Many of their clients have been with them since the beginning and they have loved watching their families grow (both pet and human). They treat each pet as an individual, working with owners to provide the most suitable care for both the pet and the owner.
You will be supported by a fantastic team - three experienced vets who have varied interests but all share a passion for general practice. Their nursing team is the heart of the practice, some homegrown and others joining them at various points in their nursing careers. They are made up of a Head Nurse, five RVNs, two Student Nurses, and two Veterinary Care Assistants. Their commitment to the pets treated has earned them ISFM Silver Cat Friendly and RWAF Silver Rabbit Friendly practice awards. Many of their nurses are trained in schedule 3 procedures and most of their nursing clinics are charged to ensure their clients value their service.
They are also lucky enough to have a great front-of-house team. This is made up of a Client Care Manager, three Client Care Advisors, and a Practice Administrator. Their experienced team provides a warm, friendly, and engaging welcome to all clients and their pets. Equipped with a wide range of knowledge, their reception team can triage patients and manage diary bookings effectively and efficiently.
