Morgan McKinley are working with a boutique asset manager based in the City who are hiring for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead client, external, and internal communications strategies to enhance brand visibility, support commercial goals, and foster employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client/Channel Communications: Design and deliver tailored communication plans for Charities, Private Clients, Retail, and Institutional channels, supporting retention and growth.
* Media Relations: Develop and execute PR strategies, manage agencies, and monitor media coverage to amplify brand awareness.
* Internal Communications: Create strategies to align employees with business goals, foster engagement, and reinforce brand purpose.
* Corporate & Crisis Communications: Manage comms for financial reporting, corporate events, and crises, ensuring timely and effective messaging.
* Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate on integrated campaigns, develop multi-format content, and ensure consistent brand representation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Client Affairs, Asset Management, and Marketing teams to align communications with commercial and brand objectives, ensuring seamless integration across all activities.

Experience required of Marketing Communications Manager:
* Experience within communications from a financial services business and ideally asset management or from an agency background servicing such clients.
* Proven Communications Expertise: Significant experience in leading client, media, and internal communications strategies within financial services, asset management, or a related industry.
* Media Relations Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute PR strategies, manage media interactions, and build relationships with key industry journalists and influencers.
* Content Development Skills: Strong writing and editing skills for creating high-quality, multi-format content tailored to various audiences (e.g., clients, employees, media).
* Internal Engagement Leadership: A track record of successfully driving employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aligned with business objectives.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with senior business leaders, marketing teams, and external partners to align communications with broader business goals.
* Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial promotions and compliance regulations, ensuring communications meet industry standards.
