An established provider of engineered, manufactured parts for the global automotive sector, we are now looking for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to join our team in Hertfordshire. Working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week, salary up to £28,000. Job Description: As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service and product/delivery support. You will manage key client accounts, handle inquiries via telephone and email, to coordinate communication between various departments to resolve any customer issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email, in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Ensure that all customer conversations, records, and data are held securely and accurately on the internal MRP system. Monitor and report on customer feedback and customer trends to improve service delivery. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or customer account role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/MRP software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
