We are currently recruiting for a hard-working and enthusiastic Administrator to join the team of one of our long-standing and nationally recognised clients, Royal Mail. You will be working as part of the Fleet department, within the In Life Control team and will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as processing driving fines, charging zone admin, vehicle documentation, vehicle ordering and vehicle sales. Your main duties will include: Data input to relevant systems/software such as Excel, Word and M5. Data checking, verification and reconciliation Maintaining accurate and relevant data including filing, both electronic and hard copies Provision of general administrative support, including telephone call handling, processing customer requests Invoice production and query resolution Maintaining a shared inbox contact at all required times Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information: You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am until 5pm, however you will need a degree of flexibility within these hours. Your rate of pay will be £12.98 per hour and the role is being offered on a temporary, ongoing basis.
