We are looking for experienced and committed Care Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a beautiful 1 year old baby boy who lives with his loving family in Walsall. He requires support throughout the night with his complex and clinical care needs on a 1:1 basis.
He loves the interaction and play time with his family and care team. He enjoys exploring his musical and flashing light up toys, having stories read to him and watching his favourite cartoons, In the Night Garden and Teletubbies.
Throughout the night you will support with his personal care, observe, monitor, and attend to his clinical care needs when required. You will offer comfort and reassurance when needed, provide a safe and peaceful environment to promote a good night’s sleep.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:
4. 3 months previous care experience
5. Medication Administration
6. Personal Care
7. Moving and Handling
8. Tracheostomy Care
9. Children's Experience
10. Pet Friendly
Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:
11. Ventilation management
12. Nasal gastric feeding
We have the following shifts available
13. Part Time Nights
14. 10pm – 7am
15. 2 Shifts Per Week Between Thursday to Sunday
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £13.50 (Approx. £121.50 per 9-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.00 (Approx. £126 per 9-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £14.50 (Approx. £130.50 per 9-hour shift)
