Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification: Essential for this position.
* Experience with SEMH Needs: Previous experience supporting children and young people with SEMH needs, or those with complex and additional learning challenges.
* Strong Communication Skills: The ability to quickly build rapport with students and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
* DBS Check and References: Be able to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Experience in SEND settings
