The company currently has an exciting opportunity for a Product Design Lead to join their new in-house development team.
This is a role that promises scope for growth across various focus areas with real mid to long term opportunities as the company continues to scale. Not only that, but you will be playing an instrumental part in making a meaningful difference to the lives of your customers, be it a little more comfort during a night’s sleep, or a better view through the window, the little details matter and all add up to the best possible end results.
Product Design Lead:
Develop product concepts from idea to final design
Create stylish, functional designs for care beds, chairs and accessories
Balance clinical needs with modern aesthetics
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
Research design trends and market needs
Support prototyping and testing of new products
Produce sketches, mood boards, and 3D visuals
Work with suppliers on materials and finishes
Contribute to the brand’s visual identity
New product design reviews
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers The position is well suited to someone who:
Degree qualification (or equivalent) in Creative Interior Design, Art or 3D Design
Product development process experience essential
Broad understanding of manufacturing processes
Practically minded
Demonstrable 3D visualisation and modelling
Good attention to detail
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or 3D visualisation packages Salary & Benefits:
Salary per annum £45,000 to £50,000
Working hours are 8:00am-4:30pm
Every other week an early finish on Friday 3:00pm
