Location: Aldermaston, hybrid working - up to 3 days on site per week
Top essential requirements:
* Responsible for managing the investigation process end to end including high quality report writing and attending hearings.
* To deliver high quality HR services to the business, managing the delivery of team activities through working with peers and appropriate stakeholders; providing the relevant technical expertise; ensuring that services are meeting customers' needs; and creating a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Other requirements:
* Previous broad Investigations background Knowledge/Experience of workplace investigations (e.g., bullying, harassment, and discrimination)
* Managing, planning, and documenting investigations
* Delivering investigation results
* Building strong relationships particularly with ER teams
* Strong communication skills
* Resilient in difficult situations
* Stakeholder management
