What you will do:
1. Conduct comprehensive child and family assessments.
2. Work with children subject to Child in Need (complex) cases, child protection, pre-proceedings, care proceedings, and adoption.
3. Participate in duty rota, responding to risk, strategy discussions, and Section 47 enquiries.
4. Collaborate with substance recovery workers and domestic abuse workers.
5. Engage in relationship repair and rebuilding efforts for families on the brink of care intervention.
