Duty Manager
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join our dedicated team at Cliveden House. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to ensure exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Our ideal candidate should:
* Have a proven track record ideally in both Food & Beverage and Front of House, with experience in assisting all departments.
* Lead by example, ensuring all guests receipt prompt service and guidance accordingly
* Embrace a hands-on approach, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
* Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, managing schedules, and coordinating with various departments
* Show a commitment to maintaining safety and security
* Display a keen understanding of hotel operations and a proactive mindset in identifying areas for improvement
* Be adaptable and quick-thinking, effectively managing unexpected situations and emergencies
* Prioritise guest satisfaction and consistently strive to exceed expectations to ensure memorable experiences at Cliveden House
