Our client, a highly respected firm within the Private Wealth sector, is seeking a motivated and organised Junior PA to join their Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full PA role within a supportive and professional environment.
This is an on-site-based role, therefore you will need to be able to attend the Exeter Office 5 days a week.
The Role
As a Junior PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team. You will support fee earners with diary management, client communications, and administrative tasks while gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Responsibilities of the Junior PA:
1. Manage and maintain diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings
2. Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with complex billing processes
3. Support fee earners with document production, marketing activities, and general administration
4. Handle client communications and maintain accurate client records
Requirements of the Junior PA:
1. Typing speed of at least 60 wpm with strong attention to detail
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills with a professional telephone manner
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
