* Immerse yourself in the business, have your own designated area and drive performance through the people
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders, line managers and staff within your designated area
* Partner with senior leaders to identify key challenges and create innovative solutions
* With your flair for sound judgement, you will have a comprehensive understanding of complex ER case work and the ability to manage issues to pre-empt similar cases arising
* Advise on all HR aspects associated with change management such as restructures and succession planning
* Assist with the design, delivery and evaluation of training to support the development of line managers and senior leaders
* Using data and analytics, measure the effectiveness of policies and understand the importance of further evidence for future improvement
* Drive strategic HR projects
