Role Overview:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various primary schools in Harlow, providing high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of education for students. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and are adaptable to different classroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
2. Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a positive learning environment.
3. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
4. Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
6. Collaborate with school staff to support student development.
7. Uphold high standards of behaviour management.
Requirements:
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
9. Experience teaching in primary schools.
10. Strong classroom management skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
13. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
