Role: Senior Contracts Manager

Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Contract Length: Anticipated 6 months
Location: Exeter – hybrid once a week onsite.
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to ensure suppliers meet their contractual obligations and requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clear understanding of the current state of contract issues, particularly as the organisation operates in a business-as-usual (BAU) environment. This role demands a strong grasp of GCF contract management at a minimum practitioner level, which must be demonstrable on the CV. The ideal applicant will have expertise in agile working methodologies, contract management, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key accountabilities for the role include leading and managing strategic supplier relationships in alignment with the Contract Management Responsibilities Matrix. This involves negotiating all aspects of operational delivery to ensure full compliance with contractual standards and costs, as well as taking a lead role in conducting thorough reviews.

GCF – Contract management – MINIMUM practitioner level (practitioner level qualification must be evidenced on CV)
