Forward Role are working with a growing beauty brand, and are recruiting a Ecommerce Data & Insights Analyst to help drive the continued success of the business. As the Ecommerce Analyst, you will be turning the website into a powerhouse of insight and performance!
As part of the Ecommerce & Marketing team, the Ecommerce Analyst will play a critical role in unlocking the potential of the website. You'll dive deep into data, providing leadership with digestible insights to shape Ecommerce strategy and improve sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyse raw Shopify and GA4 data to drive strategy. Go beyond standard metrics and deep dive to uncover insights into customer lifetime value (CLTV), acquisition costs, digital performance, and audience segmentation.
2. Customer Segmentation – Identify and differentiate key customer groups to tailor strategies that maximise sales and engagement.
3. Reporting & Visualisation – Build reporting frameworks using Excel to make insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders and leadership.
