Job Title: Procurement Category Manager - Estates
Location: Bristol (2 days a week onsite)
Term: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40k - £45k per annum
The Role
1. Develop and implement category management strategies for allocated areas
2. Lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring best value and compliance
3. Support contract management and supplier performance monitoring
4. Provide expert procurement advice and market analysis to internal stakeholders
5. Drive sustainability, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives
6. Contribute to the organisation’s long-term strategic procurement plans
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain roles
2. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management
3. Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
4. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and implement procurement improvements
5. Professional procurement qualifications (e.g., MCIPS) or relevant experience
