Service Desk Analyst
Location: Hertfordshire - Outskirts of Luton
Driving license and a car is required for this position
This role is based on-site
Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience.
Our client, a leading MSP, is looking for a motivated IT Support professional to join their Service Desk.
You will be working to support their clients across 1st line responsibilities, whilst assisting and being involved in 2nd line esclations.
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Microsoft Tech Stack - 0365
* Setting up user accounts
* Troubleshooting issues
* Providing desktop support
* Monitoring and logging issues
* Excellent communication
* Experience/Knowledge setting up hardware and troubleshooting faults
* Basic Networking a plus
Experience within an MSP is great but not essential for this role.
There are opportunities for gaining further experience within this position.
