To continue this growth, we’re in search of a motivated and ambitious Sales Advisor to join our team. You will play a vital role within the team and the next stages of our growth, not only taking hold of our existing inbound sales activity but also building the foundations of a new outbound sales function within the business. You will be supported by our broader team, including our Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Service.
Responsibilities of Our Sales Advisor Will Be:
* Work alongside our existing team to develop, implement, and iterate an outbound sales function, primarily gaining repeat-purchase, medium-value accounts with tradespeople, independent developers, and residential landlords.
* Handle, advise, and convert all inbound sales activity to maximise both order value and customer experience, speaking with homeowners and tradespeople seeking assurance of the suitability and quantity of materials for their project.
* Support and resolve customer service issues as needed, particularly relating to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or installation challenges.
Skills Our Sales Advisor Will Need:
* Proven experience in either an inbound or outbound sales function, ideally dealing with a variety of customer types.
* Ability to quickly familiarise oneself with the core product ranges to provide unrivalled knowledge to customers.
* Able to explain complex products to customers in a straightforward manner while ensuring critical information is conveyed.
* Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to prioritise and manage workload to meet business needs while prioritising customer experience.
* Ambitious individual who envisions taking ownership of the sales function within the business as they develop their role.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
