Industrial Sales Manager – UK
Remote based (with travel)
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Industrial Sales Manager - UK, remote based. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis (Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm), reporting to the European Head of Industry. You will receive a competitive salary.

The Industrial Sales Manager has direct responsibility for delivering target driven results and leading their team to deliver sales and volume.
Responsibilities as our Industrial Sales Manager are to:
Connect, coordinate, mentor and coach the UK Industrial Sales team
Deliver Industrial Sales annual plan
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, including headcount, volume and revenue
Lead the go-to-market sales implementation and contribute to country sales priorities, building on Industrial Moove portfolio
Identify requirements and trends in the UK market to recommend strategies including pricing that maximise Mooves growth and profitability
Maintain and develop strategic partnerships
Be the industrial lead for the UK S&OP planning
Lead cash flow increases and overdues decrease
Be a key ambassador for all Moove attitudes and contribute towards improvements
Essential Skills required of our Industrial Sales Manager:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English skills both written and spoken
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or equivalent role
Proven ability to apply business acumen in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions that balance both short-term objectives and long-term strategy
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
Adaptable and open to change, thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Skilled in prioritisation and delegation, aligning tasks with evolving business needs and goals
Receptive to feedback and able to perform effectively under pressure
Proficient in analysing and presenting sales results at the leadership level
Adept at identifying team members strengths and development opportunities to drive growth
