What We Need
As part of our continued growth, we've created the brand new role of Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to be based at our locations at Gamston Airport and our new office in Lincoln. This is a critical role within the Management Systems department that will be responsible for ensuring Compliance with UK and EASA Part 145 & UK Part CAMO regulations.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Ensure the internal audit schedule is agreed, managed and maintained in order to demonstrate compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Act as a focal point for Compliance related matters.
3. Facilitate and communicate with both internal (Nominated Persons) and external (UKCAA & EASA) stakeholders.
4. Draft reports on Compliance Monitoring performance, from an airworthiness perspective.
5. Arrange compliance meetings and document inputs/outputs.
6. Independently research regulatory changes highlighting them to Nominated Persons.
7. Manage departmental documents/spreadsheets.
8. Manage, control and amend company procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate regulations.
9. Capture and implement lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement.
10. Deputise for the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager (Airworthiness).
What You'll Need
1. Previous auditing experience.
2. Experience working in a Management Systems/Quality department.
3. 5 years of relevant work experience, with some being within the aeronautical industry.
4. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in Compliance Monitoring & Part 145/Part CAMO regulations.
5. Be an excellent communicator, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to adapt and be flexible within a fast-paced environment.
