Join us, were an Investors in People Silver Standard Company We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Administrator to join our dynamic Winter Maintenanceteam on a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our call center during the night. Your responsibilities will include monitoring incoming calls, triaging issues through our CRM system, and providing essential support to our field teams. You'll be at the forefront of incident management, swiftly addressing issues and escalating them as needed to maintain seamless service delivery. Shift pattern: 6:30pm - 5:30am OR 7:30pm - 6:30am 4 days on 4 days off What you will achieve: Monitor and Manage Call Centre Operations: Handle all incoming calls, triage issues, and provide timely responses throughout the night. Incident Management: Address level 1 and level 2 incidents, escalating to appropriate parties when necessary. Field Team Support: Assist field teams with app support, ensure task mapping and monitoring, and verify service completion. Quality and Audit Checks: Perform regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of service. Administrative Duties: Carry out general administrative tasks to support night shift operations. Who we are looking for: To excel in this role, you should have strong IT skills and be comfortable navigating various software packages. A background in a fast-paced call center environment is a plus, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly desirable.
