About the role of the Technical Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned developer and play a key role in new major residential developments in the south.
Responsibilities for the Technical Coordinator
* Coordinate technical aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations and company standards
* Liaise with Architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem solving
* Review and approve technical drawings and documentation
* Ensure that all materials, resources and design elements are aligned with project requirements and budget
* Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are maintained through the project
Requirements for the Technical Coordinator
* Experience working in a Design / Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
* Previous experience working on residential developments
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, quality standards and H&S
