My Wolverhampton based Distribution client are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:
1. Proactively contact prospective clients to meet and exceed targets
2. Generate enquiries that align with the strengths & offerings of the business
3. Research businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets
4. Understand and clearly communicate key selling points of the company
5. Updating CRM systems with accurate information in relation to customer journey and progress
6. Maintain profitability in quoted enquiries
7. Attend meetings with Sales Manager
8. Create and execute call plans, submit weekly reports and manage CRM entries along with other administrative duties
Key Skills:
1. Essential you have worked in a similar role previously and must be extremely comfortable with making outbound calls
2. Driven and proactive in order to exceed company targets
3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across various media platforms
4. Confidence and ability to sell at all levels
5. Good IT skills
6. Must be organised with good time-management skills
Due to location, must be a driver and have your own transport.
