We are looking for Full-Time skilled and experienced Front of House team members to join our team at WatchHouse Bath.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a genuine, confident and skilled server, ready to get stuck in on the floor and provide the Modern Coffee Experience to our customers.
Skills required for this role:
1. Proactive and hard working - you are looking for things to do, a team to support and customers to serve.
2. Friendly and knowledgeable - you have expert WatchHouse coffee and food knowledge and can share your expertise with customers and new starters in a professional, friendly and succinct manner.
3. Adaptability and dynamism - you are able to switch between floor service and counter service as and when your manager requires it throughout the week. This keeps your day-to-day exciting and means you get to see different elements of the business!
