1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Stoke-On-Trent

ABC Teachers are seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Stoke on Trent starting as soon as possible. This would be on a full-time basis.
The role itself: You will be working 1:1 with a specific pupil, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully. This specific school develops the whole child, encouraging pupils to be independent and lead their own learning, preparing them for their educational journey.
You must have:
1. Effective behaviour management skills
2. Strong adaptability
3. Great communication skills to cater to the specific child
4. A strong passion for learning and creativity
5. Patience, resilience, and reliability
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Ability to provide 2 solid references covering years of experience
8. Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one
9. Previous experience working within education or with SEN or a similar environment
