Job Description
A Property Management and Lettings Agency is looking for a Finance Manager.
Role and responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk
* Post all incoming rent/other payments in Xero on a daily basis
* Post all incoming rent payments on Residential Tenant Database on a daily basis
* Working with external Accountants to prepare and file Statutory Accounts and related Tax Returns
* Weekly Debtors and Creditors list
* Check Credit Card reconciliations prepared by Purchase Ledger
* Monthly Bank Reconciliations
* Monthly Client Reports, Operating reports and Intercompany Expenses reports
* Cash Flow Reports
* Process Payroll
* Rent Variance Analysis and Cost of Sales Analysis
* Provide cover for Sales Ledger Clerk and Purchase Ledger Clerk in case of absence
This is a great opportunity for a Finance professional to own the Finance process, with one direct report. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Property or Real Estate and ideally have experience using Xero.
