Purpose of the Post:
We have a vacancy within our Inclusion Team to lead on behaviour, attendance and welfare for a specific year group. You must have outstanding relational skills, be child centred and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The requirements of the role are of such that you need to be extremely well organised, reliable, efficient in dealing with situations as they arise, and have the ability to prioritise workload. You will be expected to lead by example and use initiative.
You will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner.
Salary / Hours:
NJC Grade D8-12 (£25,992 - £27,711 - full time equivalent). Pro rata: £22,458 - £23,943 approximate salary. Monday to Friday - hours per week / 39 weeks per year.
Or NJC Grade D8-12 (£25,992 - £27,711- full time equivalent). Pro rata: £13,475 - £14,366 approximate salary. Three days - hours per week / 39 weeks per year
