We are currently working with on an excellent two-year opportunity at a leading global alternative investment firm working closely with the product management team.
The sales coordinator supports the Relationship Managers and works closely with the product management team. The coordinator will gain broad experience to all aspects of private equity, real estate and credit strategies and marketing. They will gain exposure to investment professionals focused on the small to mid-cap segment.
Desired Experience:
* 1-2 years of experience in financial services or expert network/business development
* Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and high-performing work ethic
* Ability to manage time and work in a fast paced environment
* Knowledge of European languages is a bonus
* Self-starter and proactive
* Seeking to gain exposure to financial markets and alternatives
Responsibilities:
* Update CRM database with key investors and meeting details
* Generate reports based on fund pipelines and strategies
* Provide investors with access to fund datarooms (i.e. Intralinks)
* Coordinate with stakeholders for events and meetings
* Assist in creating marketing materials and conduct market research on funds and investors
* Assist with investor requests across teams.
