Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Management: Implement marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, digital ads (PPC/SEO), and more. Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy and business goals. Content Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling, high-quality content for blogs, social media, website pages, and email newsletters. Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and optimised for SEO. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), developing creative content and engaging with the audience. Monitor social media trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Track and measure the performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools. Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and monitor email campaigns, focusing on customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation. Event Marketing & Promotion: Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and trade shows, working closely with the team to promote these events and drive engagement. Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using findings to inform and improve marketing strategies. Brand Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B or B2C). Previous experience in a similar marketing executive role is highly desirable. Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools. Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content for different platforms and audiences. Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media channels, creating posts, and growing an online presence. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track and analyse marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversions) and use this data to optimise future campaigns. Project Management: Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative Thinking: An eye for detail and a passion for creative, out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Desirable Skills: Experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress). Experience in running or supporting events, webinars, or conferences. Knowledge of CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
