With a dedicated UK team of over 200, including professionals providing expert technical support and advice, the company is now seeking a dynamic Specification Sales Manager to join their Southern territory team.
This role is centred around developing and maintaining strong relationships with M&E Consultants, aiming to secure the company’s products on large-scale project specifications. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will manage some of the business’s largest and most strategic accounts across London and the Home Counties, driving growth in a high-potential territory.
The position involves delivering engaging CPD presentations, representing the brand at industry exhibitions, and promoting the company’s market-leading HVAC products, which include Air Conditioning (VRF, Splits, VRV) and Air Source Heat Pumps.
The Specification Sales Manager should experience selling HVAC systems – this could be Air Conditioning (VRF, Splits, VRV), Heat Pumps, Chillers, Ventilation / Air Handling Units (AHUs) or Refrigeration.
Relationships with M&E Consultants and Contractors across the South East is essential.
The Specification Sales Manager will receive:
* £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary
* £20,000 OTE
