IT Trainer required by a legal firm with prestigious offices in West End with a salary of up to 70,000. This is a fantastic opportunity near Charing Cross.
To train Office365, iManage, TimeBilling applications such as Time Capture, BigTime, Bill4Time, Aderant, or similar.
Responsibilities
1. Provide and assist in providing training to all staff, including onboarding new users.
2. Prepare training materials.
3. Coordinate training from external providers.
4. Complete and maintain training administration, including booking rooms and equipment, managing diary, and keeping Intranet up to date.
5. Adhere to best practices.
6. Implement training feedback methods and evaluate for continuous improvement.
7. Capture training data to ensure that staff are sufficiently up to date with IT training.
8. Take ownership of desktop issues, find solutions, and provide feedback.
9. Review and improve training based on business needs.
Projects
1. Deliver training for O365 and iManage.
2. Assist in delivering knowledge-related training programs and others.
3. Assist with project rollouts and testing.
4. Assist in leading innovation and AI development and adoption, and providing recommendations.
You
1. A minimum of 2 years experience.
2. Experience with iManage, O365, and Aderant or time billing systems.
3. Experience in delivering training using a variety of delivery methods.
4. Experience working with a law firm or other professional services (preferred but not essential).
5. Strong communicator and confident.
6. Experience in developing e-Learning.
7. Ability to multitask and keep the team updated.
8. Able to work independently.
9. Positive and enthusiastic.
10. Provide excellent service.
11. Knowledge of legal sector software and ability to quickly understand other software.

1. Macro/template conversion.
