The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our sales department, balancing responsibilities ranging from inbound and outbound selling of luxury items to meticulous stock management and essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
-Engage with customers in a professional and personable manner, providing exceptional service to create a memorable shopping experience.
-Handle inbound inquiries, assist customers in the selection process, and provide product information with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
-Conduct outbound sales initiatives to reach potential customers and promote Trilogy Jewellers' exclusive collections.
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Stock Management:
-Conduct regular stock taking to maintain accurate inventory records.
-Monitor rotations of stock to ensure the availability of the latest collections and timely removal of outdated items.
-Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels effectively, avoiding overstock or stockouts.
-Assist in receiving and organising incoming stock shipments.
Administrative Tasks:
-Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
-Generate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other relevant metrics.
-Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.
-Collaborate with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods or retail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
-Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
-Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
