We are seeking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (7PQE) to focus on advocacy in Employment Tribunal claims for the employment practice of a leading law firm in Manchester. This UK-wide, market-leading Employment, Pensions, and Immigration team advises prominent employers across all aspects of employment law. Their clients include some of the UK's largest, best-known organisations. In this role you will advocate a caseload of employment tribunal claims for a major household-name client. This role is centred on delivering high-quality advocacy in Employment Tribunal cases, providing expert legal advice on issues like unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with team supervision, supporting business development initiatives, and working to exceed both client and firm service-level expectations. Key Qualifications: Experience: 7 years PQE in employment law, with robust experience in Employment Tribunal advocacy.
