* Provide general administrative support to the office and management
* Hospitality, organising and facilitating meetings
* Answering telephone and email response
* Greeting visitors, clients and guests
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Ad-hoc duties
* Organise office space and ensure it remains clean and tidy
* Ensure general maintenance across the office is at a tidy and safe standard
The Successful Applicant
* Similar background working within Business Support, Reception or Administration
* Good attention to detail and ability to problem solve
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to be on site 5 days a week
* Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills and other office software experience
* Ability to commute to Liverpool
