About the role:
This role will involve overseeing logistics projects from inception to completion. You will need to use your experience (either Ocado logistics expertise or project management knowledge) to manage resources effectively to achieve specific project outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe, budget, and standards.
You will be:
* Overseeing all phases of the project from start to finish, ensuring comprehensive and top-quality documentation is maintained.
* Developing the business case for change, including the viability of the solution, implementation considerations, and an implementation roadmap.
* Responsible for the budget through to completion and must be confident challenging as necessary to ensure expenditure is justified.
* Managing multifaceted projects and keeping abreast of related projects within a program or across the department to manage dependencies.
* Proactively managing risks, issues, and changes in a timely manner, creating mitigation plans and taking corrective action as required.
* Prioritising multiple project requirements and making decisions to control the project scope, quality, schedule, costs, and resources.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all logistics activities.
* Building excellent working relationships and using strong communication skills to manage and influence stakeholders towards a common vision.
About you:
