The Position:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations.
As Food & Beverage
Manager you will be responsible for managing the food and beverage operations
of the hotel, leading, mentoring and motivating your team to deliver a warm and
authentic service to our guests, making it a truly memorable
experience.
You will be accountable for
controlling labour costs in line with budget; planning your departmental rota
in line with business demand, managing restaurant and bar staff, implementing cost-control measures, tracking and control of liquor stock, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
In this guest-facing role you
will liaise with the F&B team and kitchen brigade to ensure the
smooth-running of the operation, ensuring guests receive a high-level of
service.
You will take a proactive
approach to driving promotions and identifying sales opportunities, and ensure
your team are trained on our menu offerings to confidently upsell our product.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a creative culinary vision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food and beverage management, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry; experience of launching a new restaurant concept advantageous. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach are essential qualities for success in this role. The successful candidate will also possess a passion for hospitality and knowledge for current food and drink trends, be commercially astute, with sound understanding of operational efficiency and display effective communication with guests as well as your team to ensure a high-level of guest service.
The Package:
Salary £30,000 - 32,000 dependant on
experience + service charge + company benefits inc:
