My client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor with an excellent reputation and a strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work on a decarbonisation retrofit scheme in Worcester.
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking appointments and managing your own diary.
Duties include:
1. Pre-entry visits and company inductions
2. Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
3. Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
4. Acting as the main point of contact and dealing with any problems/queries that tenants may have
5. Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
6. Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
7. Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
8. Monitoring customer complaints and resolving any potential issues
9. Monitoring customer satisfaction
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within Social Housing, ideally working in a similar role as a Resident Liaison Officer previously.
You must also have a full driving licence and ideally hold a current CSCS Card.
