As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in new markets, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building our brand.

The role:
* Creating a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within your assigned market.
* Mapping out your market: Research and identify potential clients and candidates in the new markets.
* Utilising various sources, including our in-house database, social media, and targeted advertising.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: including job opening, arranging interviews, coordinating feedback, facilitating negotiations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the new market and understanding their unique hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of successful recruitment/business development experience in GB, ROI or other new markets.
* Thrive in a competitive environment and are driven and determined to succeed.
* Stay informed about market trends, especially within the new market.
* Uphold professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle.
* Be able to take initiative, take ownership of your responsibilities and work independently as well as part of a team.
