Lead Web Analyst

Overview
The Digital Analytics Lead will oversee all marketing and analytics tags across web and app platforms in five countries. They will leverage collected data to deliver key marketing insights and identify points of user drop-off on the site. By testing, optimising, and deploying improvements, they will work to consistently drive more customers through the purchase journey.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain analytics tags to ensure seamless functionality across web and app platforms.
* Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any tracking issues or anomalies.
* Enhance data collection capabilities to gather deeper insights into user behaviour.
* Implement additional tracking tags as requested by different regions or teams.
* Analyse marketing performance to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities, sharing insights with relevant markets.
* Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and personalization initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar analytics or CRO role.
* Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for both web and mobile app environments.
* Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis and tracking.
* Proven track record managing high-traffic websites (5 million+ visitors per month).
* Skilled at deriving actionable insights from GA4 analytics.
* Strong analytical skills for evaluating marketing and on-site performance.
* Experience with Adobe Target or comparable personalisation tools.
* Demonstrated success in improving on-site conversion rates.
