We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Account Director to join our growing Paid Media team and lead a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing and scaling campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role requires a strategic, client-focused leader who is passionate about driving results, mentoring a team of specialists, and delivering innovative solutions for clients. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of high-value accounts, client strategies, and team performance, while contributing to Visualsoft’s continued growth and expertise. Duties and Responsibilities Team Management Processes Take full ownership of training, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring they reach their full potential. Conduct regular performance check-ins and reviews with your team, focusing on growth, development, and continuous improvement. Oversee your team’s client portfolio, ensuring all accounts are managed efficiently and in alignment with agency processes and policies. Share industry insights, emerging trends, and best practices with the team and clients, contributing to the agency’s overall thought leadership. Support wider agency marketing efforts through the creation of blogs, case studies, and other relevant content. Assist the Head of Department in shaping and refining paid media services and processes across PPC and social platforms. Client Relationships & Account Management Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s performance marketing strategy and broader business goals. Take full accountability for ensuring accounts meet and exceed KPIs, providing strategic direction to enhance performance. Proactively identify underperforming accounts and provide clear, actionable steps to achieve client objectives. Lead and facilitate client meetings with clear agendas, tangible outcomes, and regular performance updates. Set and manage client expectations through proactive, transparent, and solution-focused communication. Take ownership of client roadmaps, resolving issues promptly to ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction. Confidently forecast and conduct scenario planning to help clients maximise their investments and performance. Implement and oversee effective processes for campaign activations, ensuring all activities are timely, strategic, and aligned with client goals. Deliver meaningful, insightful client reports that provide performance context, actionable recommendations, and forward-thinking strategies. Develop and execute a test-and-learn framework to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and client growth. Independently handle tasks such as strategic planning, forecasting, and client meetings, with minimal input from senior leadership. Personal Development Identify and agree personal development needs, and take actions to address these. Requirements Highly experienced in both Paid Search & Social platforms and campaigns. Platform expertise: Strong knowledge of Paid Search and Social platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
