Description As we continue to grow, we have a compelling Senior General Manager leadership opportunity available for one of our high-profile contracts within the Infrastructure sector. You will provide on-site leadership and accountability for multiple locations which are predominately based in the South West of England. If you’re passionate to utilise your strong commercial, people and operational leadership, where you thrive in a collaborative environment to work closely with our customer and be able to lead effectively through change…then we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide operational, strategic and commercial leadership for multiple sites across the contract, predominantly located in the South West of England. Ensure a best-in-class HSE performance is achieved within the sites and that a culture of safety and accountability is embedded. Develop and coach the team to deliver strategic goals and targets, while maintaining strong operational performance. Deliver and maintain a high performance culture, delivering efficiency and operational excellence. Accountable for the delivery of contractual KPIs, budget performance and role modelling the correct leadership behaviours. Build robust relationships with customers and key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships, but also willing to challenge the status quo where required. Drive high levels of employee engagement within an exciting and challenging environment. Work alongside the site management teams to drive a culture of care, efficiency and continuous improvement. What will you bring to our team? Proven operational senior management experience in compliance-focussed operations. Exemplary customer relationship management skills with the ability to flex style and approach. Excellent commercial acumen and able to focus on driving value. Agile approach and able to lead teams through periods of change. Understand team dynamics and composition and use this understanding to build high performing teams. Knowledge of infrastructure operations highly desirable. Strong and consistent H&S leadership. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels. An inspirational leadership approach that instils a culture of accountability and ownership within the management team.
