Your new role
* End-to-end remit including supplier sourcing, SRM, and performance management
* Negotiating best value for money
* Inventory management, forecasting demand and market trends to purchase stock
* Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
* Hands-on Procurement experience within homeware i.e. dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.
* Ability to analyse market trends and identify merchandising strategies
* Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills – the right culture fit is crucial
* Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, team player mentality
