About the role: Reporting to the Director of Market Development, the purpose of the role is to develop Artificial Intelligence and Data Insights business opportunity with full P&L accountability. You’ll be responsible for the portfolio P&L growth, taking into account lifetime costs to serve and to develop and deliver the product portfolio and future roadmap which will be fully aligned to the Product Strategy, simplified technology architecture and commercial frameworks. Key Accountabilities and Deliverables: Defining and owning the product lifecycle and customer journey to ensure successful growth of the product portfolio. Ensure an exciting and evolving digital customer experience with emphasis on emerging capabilities Create the go-to-market plan, including understanding competition, the addressable market, setting target audience and objectives, developing compelling internal and external creative assets, and ensuring we drive awareness, engagement and adoption Lead planning & execution of product launches, line extensions & GTM campaigns across our full product portfolio, resulting in revenue and margin growth, and happy customers Develop the product positioning, and messaging across our offerings, considering value proposition, target audience and competitive landscape. Develop the eCommerce digital (web, mobile and social) strategy and oversee the delivery of that strategy. Develop a zero-touch / 100% digital commercial process (intent, acquisition, development, retention, end) Responsible for the attainment of financial targets for the digital / e-commerce platforms Ensure performance and effectiveness in terms of sales, advertising, PR, digital and trade marketing activities. Optimisation and continuous improvement of the solutions delivered, to ensure we maintain customer service level, engagement and satisfaction. Essential skills: Experience in Product Marketing and/or Category Management, has been a leading contributor in market research and GTM activities Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders Experience in SaaS B2B and B2C offerings Experience in shaping strategy and executing through multiple phases of business growth in a B2B SaaS business Desirable skills: Hands-on/operationally driven, whilst also able to function at highly strategic levels Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies Agile and Kanban ways of working Experience leading e-commerce teams Demonstrable experience in a high achieving, fast-paced environment Is customer-driven and data-driven/ metric focused and highly numerate and analytical A strong communicator with excellent influencing skills We’ll be sending you emails about the status of your application.
