A local authority have been tasked with seeking quality Social Workers with a solid safeguarding background to join this exceeding CIN team with immediate starts available and exclusive rates from £38-£40 per hour due to our loyalty bonus scheme.
You will be tasked with overseeing a caseload of 25-30, the supporting staff within the team will be completing the family visits but, the council are counting you make key decisions to the cases, and help finalising the cases. The caseload has been reduced greatly due new starters that have steadied the team. What’s also great about the role is the training that can be provided for agency staff, as the council are keen for you to further develop your skills to implement into everyday practice.
