Salary: 45,000 - 45,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* I require a Degree/HND in ICT and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership/Management (or an obligation to obtain this within 2 years of starting).
* You should have at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing an IT services team in an enterprise network environment.
* Ideally, you will have experience with user management, Office 365 licensing and security, helpdesk and asset management, file and data management (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and software license management.
Responsibilities:
* As the IT Service Manager, I will assist the Head of ICT and Network Systems in establishing a coherent ICT strategy.
* I will develop and lead a high-performance team to ensure the efficient and effective realization of our organization's vision, policies, and objectives. This includes establishing, implementing, and monitoring targets and objectives.
* I will provide the Senior Management Team with accurate and timely data for Development Planning and Performance Management and liaise with managers on issues related to ICT services.
* I am responsible for managing and developing ICT Systems and will have technical lead and project management responsibilities on projects as required, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
* Furthermore, I will ensure that all systems have appropriate backup procedures in place and that regular checks on these procedures are carried out.
* I will work closely with the ICT Systems Manager and ICT Infrastructure Manager to manage and deliver an effective ICT Support Service and lead the staff employed in the IT Support Sections.

This position is offered on a temporary basis for 6 months, with the opportunity for a permanent role afterward. The salary is up to £48,000 per annum, and the working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
