We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence team at Enable Law in Bristol. What you’ll do
* Attend and take notes of meetings, as well as attend court/conferences with counsel.
* Draft relevant documentation and provide legal and administrative support to senior lawyers.
* Conduct research into quantum, medicine, legislation, and case law.
* Assist with business development where appropriate.
* Support the team with file management.
* Take new enquiries over the phone and deal with other professionals and clients as required.
What we’re looking for
* Basic knowledge/interest in Clinical Negligence law.
* Experience handling client information with tact and sensitivity, and the ability to discuss matters with clients empathetically.
* A highly flexible approach and the ability to work well and flourish in a team environment.
* Excellent all-round communication skills, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Excellent IT skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Great time management and organisational ability.
