Job summary We are currently seeking Qualified Paramedics to join our Leicestershire A&E Division. Candidates who are successful at shortlisting stage will be informed of the next stages of the process in due course. The selection process will likely include a mix of clinical scenarios/assessments and interview. Main duties of the job As a Band 6 paramedic you are expected to provide guidance and support to newly qualified paramedics, associate ambulance practitioners/technicians and care assistants. You will need to evidence that you are up to date and have maintained continual professional development as a paramedic. You will already hold your C1 category on your driving license and you will need to provide evidence that you have completed a qualification allowing you to drive under blue light conditions in a C1 size vehicle (examples, IHCD D1/D2 or Futurequals Emergency Ambulance Driving). The Divisional Senior Clinical Leader will also support with their development and the Head of Operations oversees the locality.
